It's always juggle time at Peggie's Place--I'm becoming an expert at folding laundry with one hand, driving with the other, and typing with my toes (visualize that)! Well, SLIGHT exaggeration, but when you FINALLY start writing the weekly devotional as the clock is about to strike 11 P.M., figure that the funny, fractured juggler may be a bit "out of it," and her words will be short and sweet! Please allow me ONE short devotional, ok? Your long-winded writer will return next week, if she can regain her "sense and sensibility" by then!
You see, I am a wacky writer with a deadly deadline, and have just completed an exciting, but exhausting, 80-page assignment. Whew! Would love to jump for joy, but I really don't even have time, 'cause you're sitting up waiting for my devotional to appear--grin--well, some of you anyway--you know who you are!! My mail blinker is blinking away, my energy is wasting away, and they'll soon be here to carry me away...
Gonna do it anyway........JUMP!........and \o/ (Praise the Lord!).....It's Done!

Tongue-in-cheek, of course--I LOVE it, BUT... YOU know! For YOU too are a juggler--you groan and grin along with me, and relate! Let's run, or drag ourselves, to the Well--the Lord relates too, and is waiting to impart His Word for our weary souls. So all fellow jugglers, come along with me, and let's gain strength and rest from Him!

God is more concerned with the juggler than the juggling!
The Master Teacher waits for us to say, "Lord, teach us how to live in balance...teach us to work and to rest; to play and to serve. Help us know YOUR priorities, then seek to do them with all our hearts!" Sometimes we lose balance--all work and no rest; all service and no fun. But He's there to remind us...for we LIVE in Him...and that's ALL we need!
The Master Teacher watches us, through the "best and worst of times," and He loves us! Sometimes we win--sometimes we lose, and still He watches and loves. We're His kids; we're learning...but we LIVE in Him...and that's ALL we need!
And the Master Teacher works in us...while we juggle, He teaches - some days we listen better. Some days we learn better. But always He works...in us, for us, through us....it's worth it--for we LIVE in Him...and that's ALL we need!
We're all jugglers of LIFE--happy or sad; stressed or serene. alive or dead (dead tired, that is!)! We're all in the game of LIFE together, performing at our best or our worst...when He's more interested in who we are than what we do...juggle we must, but He looks at the person, not the performance. I must first BE what He wants me to be; THEN I will DO what He wants me to do. Let's remember that this week as we juggle the kids, church, home, husbands (one each, that is...), work, and websites...and now, WHERE'S the chocolate....Grins and Goodnight from Peggie's Place!
P.S. I.F. I have your permission--and even I.F. I don't--(grin...see acronymn above!)--I've decided it's time to heed my own advice, take a break from my LABORS, and ENCOURAGE MYSELF--to get some INNER REST and have some FUN--if you don't get immediate answers to mail this week, just wish me a little of that rest and fun....My husband's on spring break, I need a break--and so do you! Our "Work To Do" folders will wait--why not! Let's relax, regroup, and remember, "It's a wonderful L.I.F.E. when you know the Lord!"
And that's just a thought or two--from my heart to yours!
