Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

Bible Byte 'n Chocolate Chew for April 24: "Terror in a Teen Tech World!"

Headlines scream. Sirens blare. TV News, non-stop, reports unbelievable terror, tragedy and loss in high-tech university settings turned into attempted plot or actual crime scenes of senseless murder, madness and mayhem.

Our hearts break as we face tragedy after tragedy - Columbine revisited and multiplied, a flashback to another time and another place. What in the world is going on; where in the world do we hide! We live on a planet of pain, death, terror and unspeakable evil. Believers cry out, "Oh Lord, how long?"

Peggie's Place issues a call to prayer for high school and university students, and the terror of potential crime scenes at any time and any place on our globe. May such terror, BEFORE it happens and WHEN it happens, bring us to our knees! Pray for students, parents, professors, staff - the wounded, the critically ill, the grieving - world tragedies of unspeakable and unconscionable proportions.

God help us all! Only He can redeem our world from Satan's grip that would cause evil as we have seen this day. He has, and He will. His own Son died at the hands of fallen man, in an unfathomable, divine plan to bring us to God. Someday evil will meet its eternal doom and Christ shall reign in love and peace forevermore.
